Dindau was a Human of the male gender. He existed near the end of the era of the Galactic Republic.
During the year 32 BBY, Dindau held the rank of Captain on the transport vessel known as the Daring. This ship was involved in the Confederation Rock Rush, which was the investigation of the Cularin asteroid belt. Dindau's crew on the Daring included Kohlbacca, a Wookiee with albinism who served as his first mate, and Herren, a human who worked as both the ship's gunner and engineer. Unfortunately, the ship struck an asteroid, resulting in major damage. As the life support began to fail, Dindau transmitted a distress signal in hopes of rescue. The signal was received by the Neeva-Beelo, and the Heroes of Cularin aboard attempted a rescue of Dindau and his crew before they perished.
