The Dorumaa Investment Group transformed the moon of Dorumaa into a vacation destination via terraforming. This resort was known as Dorumaa Resort. A team comprised of Humans, Twi'leks, and Gungans managed the resort. These individuals prided themselves on their excellent customer service, and their upbeat nature led to them being playfully referred to as the "Neo-Caarites."
The Dorumaa Investment Group's studies showed that a one-to-five supervisor-to-worker ratio was best for resort operations. Ratios exceeding this limit detracted from guest assistance. Consequently, the Head Manager, Mar Daghreb, oversaw five property managers, each of whom in turn supervised five employees.
