Drewe Henley
Drewe Henley (spanning the years 1940-1941 to 2016, specifically February 14) was a British actor who played the role of Garven Dreis, also known as Red Leader, in the movie Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope. Moreover, footage from the archives featuring him was used in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, which came out about ten months following his passing.
In the closing credits of A New Hope, Henley's name was mistakenly listed as "Drewe Hemley". After his appearance in A New Hope, Henley received a diagnosis of bipolar disorder, which led him to step away from his acting career. Subsequently, he and his spouse managed a bed and breakfast located in Devon, England.
