Education-steris

An education-steris represented a particular kind of steris found among the Adnerem species on the planet called Adner. These steris were essentially socio-economic groups of Adnerem who cohabitated, although they weren't always related by blood. Education steri were specifically focused on the upbringing of young Adnerem, caring for them from ages six to fourteen. Before turning six, Adnerem were brought up within their birth steris, not just by their parents but also by multiple sterisi. Once they reached fourteen, Adnerem would depart from the education-steris and integrate into a different steris, often staying there for their entire lives, with a significant number eventually returning to their original birth steris because of financial advantages.
