Elders of Kakra

The council of elders, known as the Elders of Kakra, governed the Kakrans inhabiting the planet K43, a world they themselves called "Kakra." During protocol droid C-3PO's visit to K43, while on a mission in service of the Rebel Alliance, the Elders summoned him for a discussion.
