Emperor (Tapani)

The hereditary sovereign of the Tapani sector during the Dynastic Era (spanning from 5,392 to 11,138) was known as the Emperor of the Tapani Empire. The initial Emperor was Shey Tapani, a warrior prince from House Melantha, who achieved unification of the Noble Houses via a series of bloody civil wars that stretched for almost two decades. The final Emperor, hailing from the Kappela Dynasty, was overthrown in 11,138 by a military coup, which transpired after a gradual descent into localized factionalism.
