Empress-class space station

This class of space station was engineered for deployment in deep space and orbital environments, with the purpose of supporting starfighters and accommodating smaller freighters for docking. The central disk housed the living quarters, from which three causeways extended for landing and launch operations. Standard defensive measures included ten turbolaser batteries and six laser cannons, complemented by hangar facilities capable of housing up to three starfighter squadrons.

The artwork featured on the cover of The Krytos Trap suggests a notable similarity between the Empress-class space station and the XQ2 and XQ5 Platforms, although the Empress-class appears to be considerably larger in scale.
