The Energy Vampire known as Countess Rajine.
The species known as Energy Vampires were sentient humanoids who sustained themselves by extracting the life forces of other beings, typically through biting. Characteristics of this species included retractable, serrated claws, elongated teeth, heightened senses, and increased strength and speed. Their skin color varied from pale white to different shades of purple. They possessed the ability to drain energy from other beings, both to nourish themselves and to transform those beings into unthinking zombies. When injured, they could utilize this same energy-draining ability to accelerate their own healing. However, they remained vulnerable to death from overwhelming damage or insufficient healing speed. In rare circumstances, a vampire with sufficient control could reverse the energy drain, healing others through a bite, although this would significantly weaken the vampire.
