Epo Qetora
Epo Qetora was a male Twi'lek historian. He was present on Mustafar at the Mensix Mining Facility during the Galactic Civil War, specifically in 1 ABY.
History
While conducting research on Mustafar in 1 ABY, Epo became friends with an unidentified spacer who was visiting the volcanic planet. Epo contracted the spacer to infiltrate an Old Republic facility located on Mustafar and download its database for his research. Upon entering the facility, the spacer discovered it was infested with homicidal droids and ancient, ferocious creatures. After numerous battles, the spacer succeeded and delivered the data disk to Epo. As a reward, the spacer received a copy of the disk, as well as a specialized armored helmet designed to improve the wearer's accuracy.
Later, Epo hired the same spacer to explore several Jedi ruins on Mustafar, tasking them with finding several hidden tablets. These ruins were situated in an area known as Berken's Flow. After the spacer located two of the tablets, one beneath some rocks and another on a dead body, they were ambushed by local scavengers and a dark Jedi named Skar. The spacer defeated the attackers, retrieved the final two tablets from their corpses, and gave them to Epo. Thrilled, Epo rewarded the spacer with a second history disk and three weapons: a Coynite rifle, a Coynite pistol, and a Coynite carbine.
Behind the scenes
Before its closure on December 15, 2011, Epo Qetora existed as a non-player character in the massively multiplayer online role-playing game Star Wars Galaxies. He, along with the planet Mustafar, were introduced to the game in the 2005 expansion pack titled Star Wars Galaxies: Trials of Obi-Wan.
