Eschul Shaywa, a female Human, originated from the planet of Coruscant. During the era of the Galactic Empire's rule, Shaywa worked as a writer for Imperial Center Today, where she authored an article exploring the historical accounts of the Taung and Zhell tribes as preserved in the Dha Werda Verda.
The character of Eschul Shaywa initially appeared in "The Essential Guide to Warfare: Author's Cut," "Ancient Coruscant," the second entry in Jason Fry's official Star Wars Blog series.
