Evgenia was a female Corellian privateer. In the time leading up to the Galactic Civil War, her work involved tracking down pirates and ensuring they faced legal consequences.
Prior to the Galactic Civil War, Evgenia operated as a shuttle pilot within the Corellian system. She transitioned into a privateer role, where she was responsible for pursuing and apprehending pirates, utilizing a Z-95 Headhunter known as the Dire Hound. Upon reaching retirement age, she concealed the starfighter within a clandestine hangar located on Talus. Sometime around 1 ABY, Evgenia divulged the hangar's coordinates to her nephew, with whom she had spent countless hours sharing stories from her past. She requested that he retrieve the starfighter. The young man chose to employ it in the fight against the Galactic Empire, the established governing authority, a decision that filled Evgenia with pride. Despite facing challenges in extracting the ship from the hangar, with both Imperials and Binayre Pirates attempting to seize it, he successfully overcame them and returned the ship to Corellia. Evgenia was overjoyed to see her former starfighter once more and introduced her nephew to Lennart, a Rebel officer. Lennart revealed that the Dire Hound was legendary in the Corellian system and subsequently recruited the young man into the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
