F-25-OJSx, often shortened to F-25, was a droid of the masculine variety from the F series, designed for repairs. This droid possessed red photoreceptors and was covered in silver plating, accented with red trim. Around 4.3 ABY, according to the year, he found employment with the Star Tours travel company. At the Tomorrowland Starport, he served as a "Spacecap Droid," managing the coat check within the hanger. His distinctive red cap and bowtie made him easily recognizable.
The creation of F-25-OJSx was specifically for the Star Tours simulator ride attraction at Tokyo Disneyland, a theme park which debuted on July 12, 1989. Along with F-29-PSKx, he was one of two F series droids featured in the ride whose names weren't explicitly stated on the "Spot the Droid" posters or within the Complete Guide to Star Tours. Instead, they were only identified by their roles: "Spacecap Droid" for him and "Passenger Droid" for the other. In Star Tours: The Adventures Continue, the ride's sequel, an updated version of F-25 has been relocated further into the queue area, however, his name is no longer displayed. This particular droid, along with two others, are arranged in a way that mirrors a trio of ghosts famously seen at the conclusion of the Haunted Mansion ride in various Disney parks.
