Faarlsun
Faarlsun, situated within the Faarlsun system in the Parthovian Cluster of Wild Space, was a star exhibiting a yellow-white hue. The planet Jun, an intensely-hot rocky body, and the asteroid belt referred to as the Zossi Belt held the two innermost orbital positions around Faarlsun. Further from the star, two terrestrial planets orbited: Weken, a poisonous world accompanied by two moons, and Pochi, a habitable planet with its own set of three natural satellites. The gas giant planets Koss and Calipp, possessing eight and twelve moons respectively, occupied the outer system's orbital positions.
Pochi was a dry planet that served as the home of the semi-intelligent Tulvaree avians. The Human pirate and warlord named Faarl eventually made his way to this uncharted system, around 7 ABY. He then made Pochi his base of operations and gave his name to both the star and the system.
Behind the scenes
The sourcebook Wanted by Cracken, penned by Louis J. Prosperi for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game in 1993, included a mention of Faarlsun. Later, in 2009, The Essential Atlas reference book located the Faarlsun system, and therefore the star Faarlsun, within grid square T-4.
