"Le facteur X" is a role-playing game scenario that appeared within the pages of the French gaming periodical Casus Belli. Its creation is attributed to Philippe Rat and Mehdi Sahmi, with illustrations provided by Stéphane Levallois.
The adventure's narrative commences during the Rebellion era, specifically in the time leading up to the Battle of Endor. An Imperial-affiliated scientist working for the Flight Unlimited Group managed to communicate information about a new starship prototype, designated Trait Luminique, to the Rebel Alliance. The Alliance opted to dispatch a small group with the dual mission of extracting the scientist and seizing the starship. Nevertheless, during their escape aboard the experimental craft, the Rebels unexpectedly found themselves transported through time to the era of the Great Sith War. The subsequent events of the adventure unfold within this historical setting, presenting the player characters with a series of encounters during this timeframe.
