Positioned between the Arcade and the mining areas, this area represented Point Nadir's impoverished sector. Here, individuals without alternative options scavenged through refuse, struggling for survival. While technically under the ownership of the Anjiliac clan's mines, they would sometimes dispatch enforcers to manage the inhabitants of the Fissure. Aside from Point Nadir's most destitute residents, the district also provided refuge for more prominent individuals seeking to evade pursuers.
