Fleet Support Base

Located on the planet of Ord Mantell in the Mid Rim, Fleet Support Base was created as an element of Fleet Support. The Galactic Republic's Grand Army utilized it for a minimum of three months during 22 BBY. The base included a cold storage space that was converted into a briefing area, along with accommodations for clone troopers.

Following the start of the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems at the First Battle of Geonosis, Fleet Support, and thus Fleet Support Base, was tasked with receiving twenty thousand injured clone troopers, along with seventy-two thousand troops ready for combat. Clone commando RC-1136 believed the base was not adequately prepared to care for the tens of thousands of clone soldiers it housed following the events on Geonosis.
