Flossin Noz was a Gungan residing on Naboo. As a male, he lived through the Galactic Civil War time period, and was the fanatical chief leading the [Muskegs], a group known for its religious violence. He met his death at the hands of a spacer sent by Boss Rugor Nass. The Muskeg Reactionaries Camp, from which he operated, was located a short distance east of the Gungan Sacred Place. The spacer's mission was to retrieve an artifact the Muskegs had stolen from Nass.
The character Flossin Noz was featured in the Star Wars Galaxies video game. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was developed by Sony and released by LucasArts. The game was shut down on December 15, 2011. He was introduced into the game via the "Legacy Quest" update, which was part of "Publish 25," also known as the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005. He functioned as a non-player character.
