Foehorn, a massive and enraged tulrus, inhabited the fiery planet of Mustafar during the era of the Galactic Civil War. While these beings typically remained peaceful unless disturbed, Foehorn displayed an unusual level of hostility.
After 0 BBY, the monstrous creature launched assaults on multiple groups of miners, resulting in numerous injuries and fatalities. The mining teams refused to work unless the Mensix Mining Company resolved the issue; therefore, Chief Ulon Glost contracted a skilled hunter to locate and eliminate the beast. While the hunter was still in pursuit of the tulrus, Chief Glost was informed of another attack on a mining camp. Upon reaching the camp, the hunter discovered that most of the miners were either dead or in the process of dying. Following a brutal confrontation, the hunter successfully slew Foehorn and returned to the Mensix Mining Facility.
Foehorn appeared as a creature within Trials of Obi-Wan, which was the third expansion pack for Star Wars Galaxies, the MMORPG by Sony Online Entertainment, before the game's shutdown on December 15, 2011. The quest known as The Man-eater tasked the player with eliminating several tulruses, after which Ulon Glost provided a new waypoint leading to a mining camp. Upon the player's arrival, Foehorn initiated an attack and needed to be defeated to finish the quest.
