The Foless Spaceport Authority existed on the planet of Foless. During the year 21 BBY, a pair of its officers began an investigation into the arrival of the Jedi, Nuru Kungurama. Unbeknownst to the Jedi, he was traveling with a slaver. Kungurama and his associate Gizz then proceeded to commandeer the swoops belonging to the officers in order to pursue Kuvuta Pindi. It is known that in 21 BBY, officers of this Spaceport Authority were identified by their blue uniforms in addition to silver helmets, tinted goggles, silver gloves, a silver belt, and silver boots.
The Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Secret Missions series included a comic tie-in titled The Clone Wars: Strange Allies, released in 2011, which featured the Foless Spaceport Authority.
