The supposedly impregnable Fortress of Axion served as a corporate stronghold for the Colicoid on the planet Axion. Following the conclusion of the Dark Reaper operation during the Clone Wars, the Colicoid responsible for the protodeka's design was incarcerated inside this Fortress. During the Battle of Axion, a clone trooper unit, commanded by Commander Brolis, was dispatched with the mission of capturing the scientist; Brolis alone managed to arrive at the Fortress. Brolis requested backup, and then waited as Grand Master Yoda overcame a Hailfire droid in order to reach Brolis.
