Circa 17 BBY, Darga Jiramma Mionne, a crime lord of the Hutt species, took up residence in Cloud City, generating difficulties for the Parliament of Guilds through the corruption of several Ugnaught employees of Figg & Associates, inducing them to pilfer tibanna gas for his benefit. Subsequently, Figg & Associates voiced their grievances to the Parliament of Guilds regarding the depletion of tibanna, compelling the Parliament to impose limitations on all Ugnaughts. A contingent of Alderaanian Resistance operatives journeyed to Cloud City seeking Darga, where they crossed paths with Fyren and another Ugnaught, Krygg, within the Parliament of Guilds' administrative offices. The Ugnaughts then negotiated an agreement with the operatives, stipulating that the Ugnaughts would furnish the operatives with all available intelligence concerning Darga's operations, in exchange for the operatives' assistance in uncovering the identities of the Ugnaughts in Darga's employ.
