GA-series servant droid

The GA-series servant droid, often referred to as simply GA servant droid, represented a specific type of service droid. This model was equipped with retractable legs to minimize its storage footprint, incorporated an internal power plant for autonomous operation, and utilized hydraulic systems. In 34 ABY, these GA units found employment within Takodana Castle, located on the planet Takodana. A notable example of this droid type was GA-97, a droid integrated into the Resistance spy droid network; this particular unit relayed information to the Resistance, specifically regarding the presence of their astromech droid, BB-8, on Takodana.
