Gal Milnor, a planet, served as the primary depot for the Alliance to Restore the Republic, where they kept reserves of food, fuel, and ammunition. Just prior to the Battle of Endor, the Galactic Empire annihilated this base, along with a large number of Alliance transport ships. As a result of this devastation, the Alliance was compelled to obtain necessary resources from both Dunari and the Hurrim.
