The Gallant, a Corellian corvette, was a vessel under the control of the Galactic Empire's Vensenor Flight Academy. This academy was situated in orbit around the planet of Arkanis. Bythen Forral, who held the position of commandant at the flight academy, frequently utilized this corvette for activities related to his own affairs.
Within the established canon, the Gallant made its initial appearance in Dawn of Rebellion, a sourcebook for Star Wars Roleplaying released in 2018 by Fantasy Flight Games. Conversely, in Star Wars Legends, the Gallant received a mention in Scum and Villainy, a sourcebook for the Star Wars Roleplaying Game from Wizards of the Coast. Gary Astleford authored this sourcebook, and Wizards of the Coast published it in 2008.
