Geoffrey Pierson, who was born on June 16, 1949, lent his vocal talents to both the Empire Strikes Back radio drama and subsequently to the game Star Wars: The Old Republic. In the radio adaptation, Pierson voiced Lobot, in addition to other characters, thereby becoming the initial actor to give voice to the Cloud City cyborg.
