Gerney Caslo, a water vendor in Ruby Gulch located on Nam Chorios, was related to Booldrum Caslo as his cousin. He repaired numerous water pumps that had been neglected by the Therans. During the events following the Bleak Point Invasion, he was fatally wounded while disabling a cannon at Bleak Point Station.
