This action was undertaken to guarantee the secure passage of Count Vidian's Star Destroyer, the Ultimatum, along with the Mining Guild freighters trailing behind, as they traveled towards the Calcoraan system. The organization was instructed to maintain this restriction until Vidian came back to Gorse.
