The Guild Reform Committee emerged as one of the two groups created after Boba Fett divided the Bounty Hunters' Guild into separate entities. This Committee arose from feelings of animosity towards the senior members of the original Guild, who broke away and subsequently established their own faction, known as the True Guild. Bossk served as the leader of the Committee. Ultimately, both the Guild Reform Committee and the True Guild met their demise during the events of the Bounty Hunter Wars.
