Guy Henry

Guy Henry, a British actor known for his work on stage and screen, plays the part of Governor Tarkin in the movie Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. During the production, he mentioned that Peter Cushing, the original actor for Tarkin, served as a source of motivation for his performance. Gareth Edwards, the director of Rogue One, acknowledged this and chose Henry to act as a stand-in for Cushing. Henry considered his role as Tarkin to be an homage to Cushing, whom he regarded as a talented actor who brought to life a memorable character.
