Guybrush Threepkiller

Guybrush Threepkiller was a Human male who existed before 1 BBY during the Galactic Empire's rule, and he wielded dual lightsabers. He possessed blond hair along with light-toned skin, and he was clad in black armor and black boots. Within the Western Arch of the city's rooms, golden statues of Threepkiller were present in the bridge city of Tarko-se located on the planet of Cato Neimoidia.

In the video game Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II by LucasArts, which saw its release on October 26, 2010, Guybrush Threepkiller makes an appearance as an easter egg. He represents one of the various skins that the player is able to unlock for Starkiller, who is the game's playable character. The skin becomes accessible in the room housing the Threepkiller statues found within Tarko-se's Western Arch.

Threepkiller draws his inspiration from Guybrush Threepwood, who is the central figure in the Monkey Island video game series by LucasArts. The series' initial game, The Secret of Monkey Island, was launched in 1990. Ron Gilbert conceived Threepwood; Gilbert also appeared as an extra in the 1985 Star Wars film Ewoks: The Battle for Endor. The name "Guybrush" originated when artist Steve Purcell saved the character's sprite file as "guybrush.bbm" within the computer graphics program DPaint, indicating that it was the brush file for the then-unnamed "guy." Beginning with 1997's The Curse of Monkey Island, the voice of Threepwood was provided by actor Dominic Armato, who also contributed voice work to several Star Wars video games. Furthermore, a clone trooper featured in the LucasArts video game Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes shares the name "Threepwood."

As detailed in the digital art book section of the Starkiller Mimobot, bundled with the Collector's Edition of The Force Unleashed II, Threepkiller was envisioned for the game as the design team explored potential unlockable costumes. Despite initial doubts about the concept art for Threepkiller being taken seriously, the other team members, who were all Monkey Island enthusiasts, embraced the idea. While concept art was also created for Monkey Island characters Elaine Marley as Juno Eclipse and LeChuck as Darth Vader, Threepkiller remained the sole addition to the game. The artists pieced together various rough sketches to develop a Starkiller-esque version of Guybrush Threepwood, whom they also considered naming "Guy Brushkiller" or "Brush Guykiller."
