Hans Jenssen is an illustrator with both Dutch and Norwegian heritage.
The premiere of Star Wars back in 1977 left a lasting impression on Hans Jenssen during his youth. Born in Denmark, he relocated to the United Kingdom during infancy alongside his Dutch mother and Norwegian father, where he has remained ever since. As a professional illustrator for over 20 years, Hans merges his artistic talents with his enduring fascination for Star Wars, producing lifelike representations of the saga's remarkable spacecraft and vehicle interiors and mechanisms.
Hans Jenssen's academic pursuits included graphic design at the collegiate level, with a focus on technical illustration. He chose to specialize in cutaway, or cross-sectional, illustrations, and has contributed to diverse projects, spanning from promotional materials for maritime and aeronautical corporations to DK's Star Wars: Incredible Cross-Sections.
