Harzoon Parr

Harzoon Parr, an investigator affiliated with the Galactic History Foundation, put forth a proposition. His idea was that the ibliton located on Randorn 2 had been deliberately placed there on the planet by a long-vanished, space-traveling species. Nevertheless, this concept never progressed beyond the level of speculation.
