Headquarters, a company town, was founded by Verkuylian BactaCo at the time of the planet Verkuyl's initial habitation. Situated on the Dalos Peninsula, this settlement was home to most of the planet's inhabitants. Within Headquarters stood the Verkuylian Imperial Governor's Hall.
