Helina Dow was a female Genian who operated as a Separatist spy, employed by Passel Argente throughout the Clone Wars. Additionally, she held the position of Executive overseeing production and distribution for Talesan Fry.
Working under Talesan Fry at his surveillance production company was Helina Dow. Unbeknownst to Fry, she was a spy working for the Separatists, having been placed within the company during its initial stages. After Talesan invented the codebreaker, she tried to seize it from Republic operatives Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Siri Tachi, and Padmé Amidala. Her efforts were unsuccessful, leading to her demise at the hands of the bounty hunter named Magus. Because she failed to secure the codebreaker, she was considered a risk and eliminated.
