The SIS offices during the Cold War The Heorem Complex, also known as SIS Headquarters throughout the era of the Old Republic, was a sizable grouping of structures, spanning a kilometer in width, located within the Senate District of Coruscant. Situated at the edge of Quadrant H-46, it also housed the Heorem Skytunnel, a passageway that provided a link between the complex and the quadrant.
In the period of the Cold War, this Complex functioned as the central base of operations for the Republic Strategic Information Service, distinct from the SIS operations center. It included the offices used by the Director of SIS.
