Hettitite was a planetary body situated in the Outer Rim Territories region of the galaxy, specifically within the Dalonbian sector, and it resided in the star system of the same name. This planet served as the original homeworld for a sentient Near-Human species characterized by their fair skin, white hair, and crimson eyes.
Due to the impending threat of a supernova, the indigenous species of Hettitite established a colony on Sernpidal around 365 BBY, ultimately evolving into what became known as the Sernpidalans.
The planet Hettitite was initially referenced in The Essential Atlas, a reference work published in 2009 and written by Daniel Wallace along with Jason Fry. The Atlas specified its location as grid square M-2.
