Holiday Towers Hotel and Casino

The Holiday Towers Hotel and Casino, often shortened to Holiday Towers, functioned as a hotel and casino facility situated on Cloud City. While well-furnished, it wasn't considered as opulent as some other locations on Bespin.

Originally, criminal entrepreneur Opun "Black Hole" Mcgrrrr owned Holiday Towers. However, around 1 BBY, Jabba Desilijic Tiure seized control of the hotel from Mcgrrrr in what was characterized as "a bloody coup". Seeking retribution, Mcgrrrr then absconded with Jabba's accounting droid, CZ-3, in an attempt to uncover compromising information to blackmail Jabba, but this scheme ultimately failed.

Subsequently, following Jabba's demise in 4 ABY, Lando Calrissian took possession of the hotel. Unbeknownst to Calrissian, Jabba's final will was stored on the droid CB-99, concealed within a clandestine chamber known only to Jabba and his father, Zorba Desilijic Tiure.

In 5 ABY, Zorba arrived on Bespin and confronted Calrissian with Jabba's will. Calrissian attempted to retain ownership of the hotel by engaging Zorba in a game of sabacc. Regrettably for Calrissian, Zorba employed his own manipulated deck of cards, thereby winning both the Holiday Towers hotel and all of Lando's assets within Cloud City.
