The merchant Mungo Baobab received an assignment in 15 BBY from the Merchant Council of Manda, his homeworld, which directed him to travel to Hrill. However, Baobab disregarded these instructions and instead set out to find the Roon system and the legendary Roonstones it held. He was accompanied by the droids R2-D2 and C-3PO.
