A male Zabrak named Hunde Decan made his home on the planet of Lok during the era of the Galactic Civil War.
Decan at one point possessed a Corellian Fried Ice Cream Fryer, but he ended up losing the appliance. At some point following 0 BBY, a spacer discovered the fryer, but it was not functional. The spacer then chose to seek out Decan to see if Decan could help repair the fryer, or construct a replacement. Decan provided the spacer with a fryer basket that was originally part of the fryer and suggested that the spacer consult with Amyva Va'new, an Ithorian residing on the planet Talus.
Hunde Decan appeared as a non-player character within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game that was created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, before the game's servers were shut down on December 15, 2011. The character of Hunde Decan was incorporated into the game alongside the "Portable Deep Fryer" collection, which was introduced as part of "Chapter 9," released on April 3, 2008.
Within the game, players could encounter Hunde Decan in Lok's wilderness. He played a role in the questline called "Find out more about the Cooker" (and the linked Collection Portable Deep Fryer), which began when the player examined a broken ice cream fryer. The player then needed to engage in conversation with multiple NPCs across different planets to gather more information regarding the fryer. Upon completion of the quest, the player received a schematic for a Corellian Fried Ice Cream Fryer as a reward.
