Ice fungus was a fungus of a purple-blue color that could be found growing on the planet Hoth. Jordan Smythe transported some ice fungus to the Rebels' tauntaun enclosures inside Echo Base utilizing a hoverlift, this happened not long before the Battle of Hoth.
