The Ione system, a star system situated within the Anoat sector of the Outer Rim Territories in the galaxy, was home to the planet Ione. In the course of the Iron Blockade, the Trade Spine League sent a number of starships to this location, only to have them fall into an ambush set by TIE/ln space superiority starfighters.
