Iri, a world covered in forests, was a planet situated in the mid-rim within the Epidimi system. The Galactic Republic first discovered it in 5000 BBY. Subsequently, they interbred the planet's indigenous avian life with comparable avian creatures from Disim, ultimately leading to the creation of the Tarongs. These Tarongs caused the extinction of the original avian species on both Iri and Disim.
