The Ixzinia system existed within the Agarix sector, which itself resided in the Western Reaches section of the Mid Rim. The Ixzinian rock rams inhabited this system.
The system of Ixzinia made its debut in The Essential Atlas, a reference book from 2009 authored by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry. This book situated it in grid square K-17.
