J.D. Wiker

J.D. Wiker is a designer of roleplaying games, notable for his extensive contributions to the Star Wars Roleplaying Game published by Wizards of the Coast. For a period, he was known as the "Star Wars answer guy" on the company's online forums. Additionally, he authored the initial fifty "Jedi Counseling" columns, providing guidance and addressing inquiries related to the rules and concepts of the Star Wars d20 RPG. His involvement with the game ceased following his layoff from Wizards of the Coast in September of 2002. (Due to legal reasons, he was unable to continue freelancing on the Star Wars Roleplaying Game after his position was eliminated, although he was able to contribute to the Star Wars Miniatures Game Ultimate Missions series.) He later resumed work on the RPG with the Saga Edition.
