The Jabiimi Loyalists, led by Orliss Gillmunn, represented the faction of Jabiimis that stood in opposition to Alto Stratus's Nationalist group during the Clone Wars. Following Orliss Gillmunn's death in 20 BBY, his son, Nolan, assumed command.
This uprising garnered interest from potential external supporters, including the Kuati; however, the Loyalists, feeling betrayed by the Galactic Republic, committed to achieving liberation independently. Post-Clone Wars, the Loyalists persisted in their resistance against the Nationalists, who had now formed an alliance with the Galactic Empire.
Ultimately, eight months following the Battle of Yavin, Gillmunn formed an alliance with the Rebel Alliance, concluding that while they possessed the capability to overcome the Nationalists independently, external assistance was essential to withstand the Empire. The resulting conflict, however, proved disastrous, leading to the widespread enslavement of the Jabiim people.
