As the Galactic Civil War unfolded, Crueya Vandron endeavored to integrate the concept of "Imperial Infallibility" into the established legal framework. This initiative faced opposition from Justice staff, leading to the Imperial Security Bureau subjecting its members to harassment and employing intimidation tactics against politically influential figures by leveling false accusations against less notable individuals. Subsequently, Progress started placing individuals within Justice who aligned with the Emperor's perspective on legal matters.
