Kabray, a forested planet in the Mid Rim, was in orbit around the Kabray Station. This station served as a non-aligned site where diplomats from across the galaxy could convene.
Leia Organa once used Kabray Station as the location where she acted as Shirley, also known as the Chanteuse of the Stars, during her search for Tay Vanis. Sometime later, Leia traveled to Kabray to convince representatives of the Alliance of Free Planets that the Alliance would not become another Galactic Empire; however, she and the delegates were taken prisoner by the Nagai. Leia was eventually freed and the Nagai were defeated with assistance from her Zeltron assistants.
