Kaeira was a female Human inhabiting the Lower City on Taris. Her existence coincided with both the Jedi Civil War and the period when the Sith forces occupied that world. Functioning as a member of the Hidden Beks swoop gang, she served as a protector for Gadon Thek, the gang's leader.
Encountering Kaeira is contingent on the player's decision to embrace the dark side, leading them to align with the Black Vulkars and assassinate Gadon, which inevitably results in her demise as well.
