Kamtis Bonai, a pirate of the Bothan species, was a male who existed in the era of the Galactic Civil War.
Bonai was a member of a pirate group that at one time was employed by the Dark Jedi known as Thaum Rystra. Nevertheless, Rystra eventually apprehended Bonai along with a number of the other pirates, transporting them to the Temple of Pain. This Sith Temple was constructed within an asteroid situated inside the Tascollan Nebula. Rystra subjected them to Sith alchemy, and while Bonai's outward appearance remained unchanged, a wild, crazed expression became visible in his eyes.
