The Battle of Korriban saw the Jedi Master Kao Cen Darach in possession of a lightsaber that emitted a green blade. During his confrontation with the Sith Lord Vindican, Darach used his lightsaber, and he also employed his telekinesis to hurl his lightsaber, preventing Darth Malgus from delivering a fatal blow to Satele.
As Jace Malcom requested their assistance, Darach instructed his apprentice to escape, choosing to remain and confront the Sith. As her master engaged the enemy, Shan propelled her double-bladed lightsaber to him. Darach then utilized both his own lightsaber and hers simultaneously to prolong the fight, thus allowing her more time to flee.

Despite facing two opponents, Darach proved to be a worthy adversary for both Vindican and Malgus, even succeeding in mortally wounding Vindican. Capitalizing on the situation, Malgus disarmed Vindican, taking Vindican's lightsaber and mirroring Darach's earlier tactic of wielding multiple blades. He then re-engaged the Jedi Master, ultimately killing Darach.
